    Our room itself was well-equipped and nicely furnished with such bed. Great breakfast options, the food was savoury. The venue was in a central location close enough to the wonderful garden, the restaurants, and the nearest train station, Family Mart or outside restaurants👌

    A luxurious retreat that offers really good service and spacious rooms with amazing views! Don't miss the fine gardens, especially enchanting at night with the 'Sea of Clouds' display. The multitude of restaurants is excellent, yet reservations are essential to avoid disappointment. Just be ready for a brief walk to the nearest metro station!

    Loved my time here. Had perfect stay on a short business trip, the staff were extremely friendly, location was peaceful to the Japanese restaurant Miyuki for breakfast. I had the a double room which was well-appointed with "spa" access. Location: the hotel was just off probably the most famous monument in the garden, the historic Entsukaku Three-Storey Pagoda, and the train station. There was cafe Oto no ha Cafe, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the venue...

    The room was spacious with a amazing view of the gardens, and the service was great throughout. I especially loved the fine gardens with a serene escape right on the hotel grounds.

    The dining scene at Chinzanso is a feast for the senses! The in-house restaurants showcase unique culinary delights, with fresh pastries to fuel your day. The fine gardens provide a serene backdrop, elevating your dining experience to pure bliss. Plus, the staff is always ready to help with a smile.

    Breakfast lacked variety and could use an upgrade. And, I found the bar a tad too formal for a nightcap. It closed early and felt a bit stuffy for my taste.
